Fluxion Tech
Fluxion Tech is a Thailand-Myanmar software company operating across both markets. The engagement covered a full content build from scratch: a public website, a Facebook content strategy for organic audience growth, blog articles for topical authority, and terms and conditions written in plain language. The website copy starts at the problem the company solves and works forward from there. Tech company homepages have a well-documented failure mode: they describe the technology before they describe the outcome it produces, and the reader who doesn't already understand the technology leaves before they get to the part that matters. The copy here inverts that: outcome first, mechanism second, for a reader deciding in the first ten seconds whether to stay. The Facebook content strategy was built for a dual-market audience (Thailand and Myanmar), which means the content cannot operate on a single cultural register. What reads as credible authority in one market can read as generic or even off-putting in the other. The strategy accounts for this by mapping content types to audience contexts rather than trying to find a single voice that fits both. Blog articles were written to build topical depth in areas relevant to the company's market, not to fill a publishing calendar. Each was planned against what a reader in the target market would actually search for, structured for scannability without sacrificing the argument. The terms and conditions were written in plain language: legally functional, readable enough that a first-time user isn't immediately reaching for the scroll-past button. Starting from zero on a live site means every surface is in front of readers before it's finished. The order matters: website copy first so the brand voice is established, then the blog so articles can reference that voice, then the T&C so the legal language matches the register of everything else. Doing it in the wrong order means rewriting things twice.
