Product Guide · English Version Workflow

How the work runs

Everything an engagement involves, written down before you have to ask: what each package produces, what you get instead when you license a system your own team runs, how the three tiers actually differ, what a revision round means, how a price becomes an invoice, and what I need from you for any of it to run on time.Last updated August 28, 2026. 01

Read this before you send an inquiry

You are about to pick a package and ask what it costs. Before that, here is everything you would otherwise find out three weeks in — what a revision round actually costs you, what happens when your feedback is late, who owns the files, and what I will say no to.What you will not find here is a case-study deck. Most of this work is internal systems and client-owned copy under confidentiality, so it cannot be shown page-for-page. The method can, and the method is the part that transfers to your business.
Language

Everything on this page is written and delivered in English.

02

The one rule everything else follows

Brief first, one section at a time, nothing published until the last one is closed. Most content work fails in the same place: five things are half-done at once, feedback arrives on all five, and nobody can tell which version is current. Working one section at a time is slower to start and much faster to finish, because every closed section stays closed.
  1. Brief. Written down, agreed, and specific enough that a stranger could work from it. If the brief is thin, I ask before quoting — a quote against a guess costs you a revision round before work starts.
  2. Structure. The shape of the thing before the words: sections, what each is for, what order it goes in.
  3. Draft, one section at a time. Each one comes to you complete, not as a fragment to react to.
  4. One consolidated round of changes per deliverable, from one named person on your side.
  5. Proof pass at Enterprise tier: a final accuracy and consistency check across everything, once nothing else is moving.
  6. Handover. Files in the formats agreed, plus the reasoning where it matters — the rule files, the router, the load conditions, not just the outputs.
03

What a revision round actually means

You send notes on Monday. Your colleague adds two more on Tuesday. On Wednesday you remember a third thing. That is one round, not three — and it stays one round until I start work on it.
  • A round is one consolidated set of changes on one deliverable.
  • Feedback that arrives in five messages is still one round, as long as it lands before I restart work.
  • A round is used when I begin acting on it, not when you send it. So you can add to it, or take something back, at no cost, right up until work restarts.
  • Rounds cover rewriting, restructuring, tightening, correcting — changes inside the scope already agreed.
  • New pages, new channels, a changed direction after work has started, or a brief materially different from the agreed one is new scope, priced before it starts and never after.
  • A proof pass is not a revision round.
  • Unused rounds are not refundable and do not carry to another project.
What this buys you

You always know how many rounds are left, and you are never billed for a change you did not agree to first.

04

How the three tiers differ

These are not small, medium, and large versions of one thing. Find the sentence that sounds like your week.
  • Start-Up — “The About page has been wrong since we launched and nobody has time.” One thing, named, done properly. One round.
  • Scale-Up — “We publish, but it is whoever is free that week, and it shows.” A working set plus a cadence that holds after month one. The most common choice. Two rounds.
  • Enterprise — “Three teams publish, two of them ask me first, and I am the bottleneck.” The catalog, the rules, the templates and the audit, so your team runs it without me. Two rounds plus a proof pass.
05

The seven disciplines

This is the page, in order. One entry per discipline, because the discipline is the thing you are choosing and the delivery model is the second question, not the first. Each entry shows both ways to buy it.Done for you is a package: I do the work and hand you the files, with the revision rounds the tier states. Run it yourself is a system: you license the way the work gets made — the workflows, the gates, the templates, the reference material, the failure modes, and one configuration file you fill in with your own tools, properties and approvers. Buy a package and you own that deliverable. Buy the system and your next hire produces one in their first week. Two disciplines sell only as a system today, and say so. Prices are per line, before any discount; the discounts are in section 7.
  • Start-Up, run it yourself — The system as a markdown repo. You install it and run it yourself.
  • Scale-Up, run it yourself — Adds the configuration filled in together, and one workflow run alongside you.
  • Enterprise, run it yourself — Adds packaged skill files, a full install, one complete cycle run together, a check-in at 14 days, and a review at 90.

Editorial & Content Strategy

Four people write and it reads like four people.Done for you — Content Strategy & EditorialFor when four people publish and it reads like four people. A new hire ships their first usable brief in week one instead of month three, a rule changes in one file rather than in five heads, and you can point at why a decision was made six months ago.

Search & Answer Visibility

Good pages nobody finds, and assistants that never cite you.Done for you — SEO & AEOFor when a competitor gets named in an AI answer and you do not, or traffic sits flat while the page count keeps climbing. Website & Landing Copy

Pages arranged the way your org chart is, not the way visitors search.Done for you — Website CopyFor a launch, a rebrand, or a site where every page sounds like whoever happened to write it. Social & Community

A posting schedule with no measure attached to any of it.Done for you — Digital Community BuildingFor when you run a public space you are answerable for and a moderator has to make a call at 11pm with nothing to point to. Long-Form & Thought Leadership

Your team does interesting work and none of it gets published. No done-for-you package yet. This one sells as a system only.Run it yourself — 05 Long-Form & Thought LeadershipThe hard part is never the writing, it is getting substance out of the people who have it, so sourcing is its own workflow with its own gate. Then three shapes for written pieces, a separate set of rules for anything read aloud, and a confidentiality filter that runs before drafting rather than before publishing.

Product & UX Copy

Three words for the same action, and empty states nobody wrote. No done-for-you package yet. This one sells as a system only.Run it yourself — 07 Product & UX CopyAn inventory of every string that already exists, which usually finds three words for the same action and a placeholder that reached production. Then the screens, and the states that ship as whatever the developer typed: empty, loading, partial, error, success.
The rule it runs onStart-UpScale-UpEnterprise
Write the states nobody remembers.USD 320USD 760USD 1,800
Two or more systems at the same tier: 15% off the combined price, applied when your invoice is prepared.
A perpetual licence cuts both ways

The licence goes to the company on the invoice and its subsidiaries, not to a seat, and it never expires. There is also no obligation on me to ship updates, so a system bought two years ago reflects two-year-old practice. You may modify your copy internally; you may not resell it or build a competing product out of it.

06

The Full Workflow

For when you would otherwise brief five suppliers and spend your own week reconciling them. One brief, one voice, one schedule, and an email that knows what the website says.
TierRoundsBought separatelyBundle price
Start-Up1 roundUSD 970USD 780
Scale-Up2 roundsUSD 2,370USD 1,900
Enterprise2 rounds + proof passUSD 6,800USD 5,400
One structural rule

The bundle is one tier across all five packages, done for you. It is never sold as a mix — no Enterprise strategy alongside Start-Up email. Individual packages can be mixed freely; the bundle cannot, because the whole point of it is that the five run as one coordinated system rather than five separate hires. Systems are never part of it.

07

Pricing, discounts, and how a number becomes an invoice

Every price on the Offerings page and in this guide is before discount and indicative of scope. Nothing on the website is a contract, there is no checkout, and adding packages to an inquiry charges nothing.
  • Natural pairs — 10% off the two, at matching tier: Editorial & Content Strategy + Search & Answer Visibility · Website & Landing Copy + Search & Answer Visibility · Newsletter & Email + Social & Community.
  • Three or four individual packages at one matching tier — 15% off the combined price. Three or four done-for-you disciplines at the same tier: 15% off the combined price, applied when your invoice is prepared.
  • Two or more systems at one matching tier — 15% off the combined price. Systems and packages are counted separately; a package does not raise a system’s count or the reverse.
  • Discounts are applied by hand when the invoice is prepared, never calculated on the page — which is why the page always shows the pre-discount figure rather than a number it cannot honour.
The sequence is short: you send an inquiry, I reply within 3–5 business days with questions or an order form, you sign it, I invoice the deposit, and work starts when it clears. The balance is due on delivery, and ownership of the work transfers when the balance is paid, not when the files are sent.
Before you plan around a date

Deposits are not refundable once work has started, because the deposit reserves the time and the time cannot be resold afterwards. Everything else is cancellable in writing at any point, with work completed to that date payable.

08

What I need from you

Delivery dates assume these arrive on time. Where they do not, dates move by at least the delay — which is a statement of arithmetic, not a penalty.
  • One named approver. One person who consolidates feedback and says yes. Two approvers with different opinions is the most expensive thing that can happen to a content project.
  • What already exists. Current copy, brand or voice material, past campaigns, whatever the last person left behind. Including the parts you are not proud of — those are the most useful.
  • Facts I cannot verify. Figures, claims, product details, anything regulated. I write to the brief and to the facts supplied; I do not independently verify claims about your business.
  • Access, where the work needs it. CMS, analytics, or search console for anything SEO-shaped.
  • Feedback in one consolidated pass, within the window on the order form.
09

Where this has been used

Sectors rather than logos — most of this work is internal systems or client-owned copy under confidentiality, and naming a client to win an argument about credibility is a bad trade.
  • Content Strategy & EditorialMobility and fleet operations, SME finance and lending, hospitality, industrial and manufacturing. Built for multi-team operations where more than one person publishes.
  • SEO & AEOSports and media, software and technology services, mobility and fleet operations. Suited to sites that need to be cited by AI assistants, not only ranked.
  • Newsletter & EDMReal estate and property platforms, SME finance publications, subscription and membership media. Built for teams sending both transactional and editorial email.
  • Website CopyAutomotive, retail and F&B groups, risk and compliance services, hospitality, and multi-entity conglomerates holding one voice across separate business lines.
  • Digital Community BuildingTrust and safety platforms, security and risk services, and consumer brands running a public community they are accountable for.
The deepest single build is a twenty-eight-workflow editorial system for a multi-team operator: a fixed router deciding where any new instruction goes, rules that load only when relevant, and a paper trail of what changed and why. That is the shape everything at Enterprise tier is built toward.
10

How AI is used in this work

Openly, and with a hard boundary. Every deliverable is reviewed, edited, and fact-checked by me before it reaches you, and I am responsible for it as my own work. Your confidential material is not used to train third-party models.Where AI genuinely earns its place is the part clients rarely see: the rule files, the routers, and the load conditions that let a team run a system consistently without the person who designed it in the room. That is the actual product at Enterprise tier — the drafting is the easy half.
11

What is not included

  • Design, build, and deployment. I collaborate with your team; I am not it.
  • Publishing to your channels, unless the order form says so.
  • Paid media buying and ad management.
  • Image sourcing, licensing, and photography.
  • Translation and localisation into other languages.
  • Legal, financial, or regulatory sign-off on anything published.
12

Try the method before you buy anything

One thing here costs nothing: the Four-Beat Checker, a complete package you can install today. It reads a guide or how-to draft and tells you which of the four beats is missing and which single fix would do the most. Not a teaser and not a preview — the whole thing, with no signup and no email capture. It is also the clearest way to see what you would actually be buying at Enterprise tier. Open the repository and the three directories are the product: SKILL.md read on every run, knowledge-base/ loaded only when a beat is weak, and client/ that ships blank for you to fill in and is never overwritten by an update. Knowing which file to load, and which not to, is the engineering — not the length of the prompt.
What it will not do

It grades structure, not writing, and it will not invent the missing beat for you. A flat draft with four solid beats passes, and it says so.

13

Next step

Pick the one problem you actually have on the Offerings page and send the inquiry. It charges nothing and commits nothing — it sends me what you selected so I can scope it properly and come back with a real number. The full terms are on the Terms page: sections 3 to 9 govern packages, and sections 10 to 12 govern the licence on a system.
